ICANN finally suspend Registerfly.com

We can read the end of Registerfly.com on ICANN website.
After all the damages made by Registerfly to a thousand of users, why it took so long to take such actions ?

Right now as I’m typing this article , their is no update made on the registerfly.com , they still offering domains registration. Wondering if they are now a GoDaddy reseller

Mad users created web site http://www.registerflies.com/ , you can read awful stories they had with Registerfly.com.
